ACCESSIBILITY
Care begins
with access.
Reading this website
Open the Aa button for text sizes up to 200%, higher contrast, a readable font, underlined links, stronger keyboard focus and disabled animations. These options apply only when you choose them. Reset reading options restores the original presentation. Your preferences are saved on this device and can be reset at any time.
Using a keyboard
Use Tab to move forward and Shift+Tab to move backward. The first link skips to the main content. Use Enter to follow a link and Enter or Space to operate buttons and question headings. Keyboard navigation works without enabling a setting.
When the clinic guide or reading panel is open, keyboard focus stays in that panel. Escape closes it and returns focus to the button that opened it. The mobile menu also closes with Escape.
Forms and information
Form fields have visible labels. Each consultation form explains the WhatsApp handoff, includes a privacy link and reminds visitors to use the initial message for non-medical questions only. You can review the full draft on the page before opening WhatsApp. Callback forms explain phone-number errors, and editing a field clears an outdated draft. Preparing a draft does not submit it to the clinic.
Contrast and ongoing checks
Form hints and field outlines use stronger contrast. Keyboard focus has a light and dark outline, text links stay readable when hovered, and the caption over the homepage treatment photograph has a solid dark backing. These improvements apply by default. The Aa panel provides additional reading choices.
We aim to make this website usable in line with WCAG 2.1 AA, but do not currently claim full conformance. New content and images need continued accessibility checks. If you encounter a problem, contact the clinic using the details below.
Third-party websites and applications, including WhatsApp, Google and Instagram, have their own accessibility features. If a handoff is difficult, you can call the clinic directly.
