The Neck Care Plan
The Neck Care Plan separates muscle bands, lines, fat and skin laxity before considering an option. Non-surgical treatment has limits, especially when there is substantial excess skin.

Is it right for me?
It may suit selected non-surgical neck concerns. Significant skin excess or a deeper structural issue may need a different opinion.
Bring details of previous fillers, procedures, medicines and skin reactions. A plan may need to be delayed or simplified. Recovery from one procedure and the suitability of the next should be assessed separately.
Evidence and realistic expectations.
This is a clinic-designed consultation framework, not a combination protocol validated as a whole in clinical trials. The sources below concern individual options. They do not establish that combining them is better or safer than a simpler plan.
Vertical muscle bands, horizontal lines, fat and loose skin are different concerns. Evidence for a band treatment cannot establish skin tightening, and neck procedures can carry different risks from facial use.
Risks to understand.
Each chosen procedure retains its own risks. Doing more procedures can add cost, recovery and complications without extra benefit. Discuss each material or device, the treatment order and alternatives; the consultation should not assume every listed option is needed.
What to expect.
Consultation
Discuss your concern, medical history, previous treatments and what you would like to preserve. Dr. Roy will explain suitable options, alternatives, risks and fees before you decide.
Your plan
Discuss muscle-band treatment, an appropriate skin option or no procedure according to the main finding. Diluted CaHA and other less-established uses require a separate evidence discussion. Stronger resurfacing on the neck needs particular caution.
Individual options to compare; a plan may use one, several or none:
- Neck-band treatment (Nefertiti lift)
- CaHA biostimulation
- RF microneedling
- Fractional CO2 laser
- HIFU for the neck
Recovery
Recovery varies substantially across injections and resurfacing. The plan should explain the recovery required by every selected step.
Results and review
The combined response is reviewed across several months rather than immediately after the first treatment.
Number of visits
There is no preset number or interval of treatment visits for this plan. Agree on an initial step, its cost and a review point. Healing, response, product guidance and your preferences determine whether to add or repeat anything.

No. Lines in the skin and contracting muscle bands have different contributors. An assessment helps avoid treating them as one problem.
