START WITH YOUR CONCERN
Loose skin
Skin can feel less firm on the face, neck or body over time. Dr. Roy assesses the amount of laxity and the surrounding anatomy before discussing realistic non-surgical options.

Understanding the concern.
Mild laxity, lost volume and significant excess skin are not the same concern. A treatment plan should acknowledge when non-surgical care is unlikely to give the change you want.
Where care starts.
Distinguish mild laxity from lost volume and substantial excess skin. No procedure is required for normal aging. Where the desired change exceeds what non-surgical care can reasonably achieve, a surgical opinion can clarify the alternatives.
What the evidence means.
Some devices and injectable treatments can give selected patients modest improvement, with results developing over months. Evidence is specific to the method, area and device or formulation; it does not establish a non-surgical equivalent to skin removal.
Options to discuss.
HIFU
Focused ultrasound assessment for selected face, neck and body concerns.
RF microneedling
An option for selected texture and laxity concerns with its own risk profile.
Collagen biostimulators
Injectable options considered for selected support and skin-quality goals.
The Neck Care Plan
A plan that separates neck muscle, skin and support concerns.
Your questions.
Can a non-surgical treatment remove excess skin?
It cannot remove skin in the way surgery can. Significant excess may need a surgical opinion.
Is loose skin the same as volume loss?
No. They can overlap, but adding volume and treating laxity have different purposes.
Which areas can be assessed for HIFU?
The clinic offers HIFU assessment for the face, neck and body. The exact area is confirmed during consultation.
How quickly does tightening happen?
Any response to collagen-focused treatment is gradual and commonly assessed over months. The timeline depends on the method.
Could an energy treatment affect facial fat?
Unwanted contour or fat changes are possible with some treatments. Facial volume and the planned method need a careful discussion.
Will I need ongoing treatment?
Not automatically. Reassessment of benefit, side effects and changing goals should guide further visits.
Suitability depends on a personal assessment. Meet Dr. Roy Dagher or call +961 76 612 621 to discuss an appointment.
